The Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA), also known as HSVP, launched a housing scheme to provide 6200 affordable residential plots in 2019. These plots are available across 5 urban zones or divisions under the scheme, including Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula, Hisar and Rohtak. HUDA Housing Scheme Application Procedure

You need to complete the entire application procedure online. Here are the steps involved for application –

  • Step 1: Check the Eligibility Criteria

The first thing you need to do is to check whether you are eligible to acquire a plot under this scheme. Here are some eligibility criteria for application into the HUDA scheme.

  1. Age- You must be 18 years or older to apply.
  2. Residency- Only individuals residing in Haryana can apply for residential plots on offer.
  3. Income- Your family income must not exceed Rs. 3 Lakh per annum. Families with such income are categorized as economically weaker sections and are eligible for plots under the scheme.
  4. Government employees- All Group D employees under the Haryana Government are eligible for plots under HUDA housing scheme.
  5. Property- You should not own any other property in the state of Haryana if you want to apply for a plot using this scheme.

  • Step 2: Visiting the Website

After checking eligibility, you should head over to the official HUDA website. Once there, click on the link for HUDA scheme for 2019-20. Doing so will open the online application form.

You need to correctly fill up all the information in the form, such as your name, Aadhaar number, address and telephone number. Additionally, you must also select the zone in which you are seeking the plot of land along with the sector and plot size.

  • Step 5: Online Payment

Proceed to pay the application fee for the same. You can do this using your credit or debit card or through net banking facility. You cannot submit the application before payment clearance.
